As we launch its 13th year, we unveil a breathtaking exhibit of rare images capturing the moment of a scientific breakthrough entitled,
“Beauty in Breakthroughs”.

This exclusive event provides you with the rare opportunity to ‘Bring Your Own’ coveted bottle of wine from your personal collection, to be enjoyed alongside an exclusive three-course menu at the Calyx.

Your table and precious bottles will be looked after by a sommelier from one of Australia’s finest restaurants to guarantee an exceptional wine and culinary experience.
