Worldwide Spin in Public Day at FABRIK

Join us at Fabrik on Worldwide Spin in Public Day for an afternoon of community spinning.

Here's what will happen on the afternoon:

Members of the Gumeracha Spinners and Weavers and FABRIK's very own Spin Cycle will be on location demonstrating the magic and joy of this eons old craft.

While there our friendly spinners will invite you to have a go. You never know, you may want to take up spinning after this event.

Other things to do on the day

Experience Saltbush Country touring exhibition.

When arriving at Fabrik you will have the opportunity to view our latest exhibition, which provides a rare opportunity to experience the works and worldviews of Aboriginal artists working independently across regional South Australia. In this exhibition, seven artists tell stories of their culture, community and connection to Country.

We look forward to knitting spinning with you on the day.
