Worldwork - Conflict Facilitation Training Series - Byron Bay

Want to learn more about conflict facilitation? 

Over 3 X 3 hour Saturday sessions you will:

Learn the 4 phases of conflict and what to do in each phase, Understand the different levels of conflict and techniques for working at the each level,

Learn how to switch roles and get deeper insights into the other side,

How to escalate and de-escalate conflict,

How to work when the situation heats up,

Generally feel more confident in conflictual situations, and

Be part of a learning community.

You will learn leading edge worldwork conflict facilitation methods based on Process Work (Process Oriented Psychology) developed over 50 years by the late Dr Arnold Mindell. Process Work Diplomats Dr Martin Hemsley and Vicki Henricks will be the facilitators for the series of three Worldwork face to face training in Byron Bay. Saturday 1st Feb 10am - 1pm, Saturday 1st March 2pm - 5pm, Saturday 5th April 10am - 1pm.
