Surprise bitch… Halloween has come early this year 🎃👻
Taking place on the actual Ghost Festival weekend (commonly celebrated by East/South East Asian communities), the gates of hell will open for one night only at The Red Rattler Theatre.
Get in early for an opening performance by musician and host Dyan Tai as “Monkey!” featuring aerialist Michael Holmes and immersive projection art by 3D artist Juune Lee.
With performances inspired by Asian folklore and supernatural tales, our Queer 🔥Asian 🔥 Excellent 🔥 line up includes:

Witches, vampires, aswang, jiangshi, pontianaks, Yōkai, cosplayers… we want to see you in your spookiest Ghost Festival outfits 👹🧟♀️ Looks inspired by the supernatural and cultural costumes are encouraged but remember if it’s not from your culture, don’t appropriate it!

Doors open 7.30pm; opening performance and shows from 9.00pm til late.

Worship Queer Ghost Festival will be held on Gadigal and Wangal land. We would like to acknowledge the Gadigal and Wangal people as the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to elders past and present. Always was, always will be, aboriginal land.
