Starting August 11th and ending Sept 1st, we’ll gather for Monday & Thursday evening LIVE online calls at 7 PM NZT, weaving the wisdom & tools of Release, Acceptance, Awareness, Confidence, Courage, Gratitude & Celebration. With guided audios, movement practices, and community, you’ll find tools to honour your unique worth. This is your moment to breathe, connect, and embrace the journey of becoming more safe, confident & centered in who you are. 

Low self-worth can feel like a quiet ache—doubting your inner voice, shrinking in moments that matter, or feeling unworthy of joy. This 3-week program is your chance to rewrite that story, building confidence and gratitude that light up your life.  Discover how deeply you are worth celebrating across 3 weeks, where we explore:

  • Week 1 - RELEASE & ACCEPTANCE

We'll use breathing tools, a proven tool for regulating the autonomic nervous system. Deep, conscious breathing reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone), supports emotional clarity, and increases feelings of safety and inner calm. That’s why we begin with release and acceptance—making space for your system to soften and open.

  • Week 2 - AWARENESS & CONFIDENCE

Confidence doesn’t begin in the mind—it begins in the body. Research into interoception (your internal sense of self-awareness) shows that when you’re tuned in to your own sensations and needs, your decisions become clearer and more empowered. This week helps you reconnect with that deep internal knowing.

  • Week 3 - COURAGE & GRATITUDE

Practicing gratitude has been scientifically shown to increase dopamine and serotonin—two brain chemicals linked with feelings of happiness, motivation, and emotional well-being. Gratitude isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a daily practice that builds emotional resilience and softens inner criticism.

 

Starting the week of August 11th and ending Sept 1st, you will receive:

  • 7 x Live Calls - 3 x Training Workshops & 4 x Coaching Q&A Sessions on MONDAYS & THURSDAYS 7pm NZT **Recordings available for those who can’t attend live.

  • Unlimited access to online portal and resources

  • Unlimited message access to Jae for 3 weeks
