BELONGING 2046 — Will We Still Need Membership?

How will people connect, contribute and organise themselves over the next 20 years?

Rotary, chambers and business associations have contributed enormous value through community service, professional relationships and leadership. But will the models that served us so well remain relevant in 2046?

We often ask how to attract younger members. This evening asks something more fundamental: how do younger people, business leaders and community members want to belong?

Have people lost the desire to belong? Or have their expectations of belonging changed?

Join Rotary Means Business WA for a moderated Think & Meet with four to five different perspectives and a substantial opportunity for the audience to speak.

We will challenge assumptions about membership, commitment, community and the organisations we may need in 2046.

Open to Rotarians, business association members, younger professionals and interested people who belong to none of them.

No membership pitch and no prescribed conclusions.
