Whether it’s in the way we communicate, the values we uphold, or the art we create, these stories are woven into the fabric of our everyday experiences.

Using meditation, gentle movement and art we will explore the significance of these narratives—how they have shaped our understanding of the world and ourselves—and how we can draw inspiration from them to create art that reflects their enduring lessons.
