Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and embodiment as we weave ourselves back into the fabric of life — through breath, through rhythm, through each other.

Interweave is a somatic dance space where body meets soul, where self meets community. Inspired by the invisible threads of the mycelium networks that nourish and connect all life, this dance is an invitation to remember: we are not separate. We are a living, breathing web.

Through guided somatic practices, free-form dance, and intentional connection, we will soften the edges between self and other — and reawaken the wisdom that lives in our bodies and between us.

Delighted to welcome back Rachel, whose voice will lull us into a soft gentle space after the dance, joined by a talented handpan musician who will bring a grounded, heart-opening soundscape to support our unfolding. Together, their music will help shape a sensory landscape where your body is safe to soften, awaken, and express.
