Woven Winter Circle - An Intuitive Evening of Tarot Nidrā

Woven will be an intimate evening held in Agatha's space in South Wentworthville. 

The evening will be a moment to sit, in the power of the Winter Solstice amongst community and practices.

Agatha will guide you through various practices to help you tune into this time of the year, the official start of winter. A time of darkness, stillness and inward energy. 

It will be a chance to be in community with women, share candidly and connect to intention for the season ahead.

• Self Inquiry & Tarot Reflection 
• Community Sharing ( please note you can choose to simply listen/have Agatha read your share) 
• Tarot Nidrā practice 
• Time to sit and journal
• Closing practice
• Light snacks & tea will be provided

What is Tarot Nidrā? 

This is a really beautiful practice that is bolstered by the community in the room. 

During the self-inquiry portion, we will each share a word or sentiment - either vocally or written that you feel the tarot cards are trying to share with you. 

The words and sentiments you share will weave into the tapestry of the final rest practice. 

Agatha will intuitively then thread these themes, intentions, and energies and guide you towards the practice of Yoga Nidra where you will settle into the arms of the Goddess for deep rest. 

Tarot Nidrā in short is a Yoga Nidrā practice, informed and woven by the people in the room using the energy of the Tarot cards pulled and shared in the circle.

It is a practice that is unique, co-created and intimate.

Please note this circle is a sacred safe space, a place where we honour each other and the journey, emotions, and the moment each person finds themselves moving through.

Agatha will hold the space with kindness, compassion and calm for you to move through the process and practice but she asks that you also come with an open heart and mind, to offer this caring, compassion and safe space to others.
