Wildlife Recovery Australia National Tour - Sydney Visit

Wildlife Recovery Australia National Tour Tour | Sydney (Wed 6th –Thurs 7th May)

Wildlife Recovery Australia invites you to visit us during the Sydney leg of our national tour at Henson Park, Marrickville, from 6–7 May.

Step inside Wildlife Recovery Australia Hospital, "Matilda", Australia’s first fully equipped mobile wildlife hospital, and experience a behind-the-scenes look at how we treat sick, injured and orphaned native animals.

From 10:00am to 2:00pm daily, Matilda will operate as a working wildlife hospital, supporting rescue organisations with animals requiring veterinary care. Guided tours run every 30 minutes, giving visitors the opportunity to meet our veterinary team and learn about the realities of wildlife treatment and rehabilitation.

This event highlights both the urgent needs of Australia’s wildlife and the work of specialist veterinarians, nurses and rescue groups. It also supports the purpose of the national tour: advocating for a federally funded national framework for wildlife rescue, treatment and rehabilitation to better support those protecting our native species. You can show your support for the national framework by adding your name here.

Tours run every 30 minutes between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Please select your preferred time when booking. Places are limited.
