You are invited to join an immersive exploration into what we hold Sacred as individuals and as a community - though the Art of Writing.

In this 6 week course we will delve into writing practices which inspire and stimulate our inner creativity - for the purpose of our full expression.

Writing The Sacred is held in a relaxed and beautiful environment, where play, fun, exploration, freedom of expression and enquiry into the meaningful aspects of ourselves, our world and life are the focus.

The program:

* Weekly writing prompts

* Light embodiment practices

* Interactive discussions and sharing or processes

* Relaxed environment

* No previous writing experience necessary

* All ages welcome

Alegria Sa Luna has two strong passions in life Spirituality and the Arts. Her work is in combining these two aspects to rekindle not only the further development that the magic that creativity brings, but also kindling reverence and honouring through deep inner connection to all that is wondrous and Sacred. The intention is to create a deep sense of fulfilment within the individual and unity and connection and strong bonds within the community.

Alegria has over two decades experience in practicing, studying and teaching meditation and yoga from the Vedic traditional lineage. Having immersed herself deeply in ancient cultures living within the heart of these traditions around the world for many years.

She has also been an avid practitioner of the Arts - through writing, painting, drawing, singing, dancing, spoken word and sculpting.

As a host and MC for regular poetry events, dance events, and large scale meditation and yoga events around Australia and internationally, Alegria is a kind, joyful and compassionate facilitator who loves building wholesome communities which weave together the wonders of this great creation in to the tapestry of life - with the intention to uplift humanity.

We acknowledge the Bundjalung, Gumbaynggirr and Yaegl people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live and work. We honour the First Nations peoples culture and connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
