Description

In this immersive two-hour workshop led by Rachelle Erzay and Alison Middleton, participants will learn tips and tricks to work with the creative magic of the ADHD brain.

Discover tried and tested hacks from ADHD writers who know all about overstimulation and task paralysis, and learnt the hard way that being hard on ourselves isn’t going to work.
From parallel play to pantsing, participants will learn ways of kickstarting creativity as well as tips to bypass executive dysfunction, creating pieces of micro fiction along the way.

Things to note:
- this is a free workshop but bookings are essential.
- morning tea will be provided courtesy of the Library.

Presented by the artists in association with Totally Lit and Fremantle Library.
