Picnic lunch: I will provide a beautiful nourishing picnic lunch for us to share. Feel free to bring a plate of nibbles if you wish to contribute, this is optional.

Join me for a day where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and let nature guide you back to yourself. This day is all about stepping out of the noise of daily life and into the calm, grounding presence of Mother Nature. Together, we’ll create space for you to reconnect with who you truly are and gain clarity about your greater purpose.

In this co-creative process with nature, we let go of the thinking mind and control as nature's voice helps us access the wisdom within and writes through us.

As we open ourselves to nature’s voice, we discover her ability to reveal the wisdom and gifts that already live within us. She has a way of bringing us back into alignment with what’s truly meant for our highest and greatest good.

By the end of the day, you’ll feel more expansive, vibrant, and alive, with new insights and creative sparks lighting the way forward.

What the day looks like:

We’ll begin at the stunning Charlie’s Rock Waterfall with a gentle meditation to awaken your senses and help you sink into the energy of the land. From there, we’ll share a beautiful tea ceremony and nourishing picnic lunch before connecting with the elements, and exploring guided writing practices designed to bring out the deeper truths waiting to be expressed through you.

Through nature-based practices like forest bathing, meditating with plant spirit, and writing as a co-creative process with nature, you’ll tap into the wisdom and clarity that’s been just out of reach.

I will also share transmissions from the ancestors of the land and your guides—gentle, powerful messages to help you walk away with clarity and connection to your highest path.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes for light hiking.
A towel, water bottle, and togs (if you’d like to dip into the waterfall!).
A picnic blanket and an optional plate of nibbles for our shared lunch.
A journal and pens for writing, and an open heart ready to receive.

This is going to be a deeply nourishing day, a chance to connect with yourself, with nature, and with the beautiful, creative energy that flows between the two. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and remember who you are in your truest, most natural state.
