Writing with nature workshop

Omeru Falls, Auckland

10am to 2pm

Think forest bathing, nature tea ceremony, inner reflection, guided writing journeys, journeying with the plant spirits, and connecting with the elements.

In this co-creative process with nature, we let go of the thinking mind and control as nature's voice writes through us.

By deeply surrendering to the natural process of connection and creativity, we can allow the creativity and voice of nature to flow through our pen which allows us to truly become aware of everything that is expansive, vibrant, alive and intelligent within and around us.

Join us at beautiful Omeru Falls as we enter into the heart of Mother Nature. Fine tune your senses to the sounds and energies of nature during a guided meditation before journeying with plant spirit and enjoying a special tea ceremony. Feel yourself sink deeper into the ground and being held by Mother Gaia as we begin our creative writing journey to awaken to all that we are and the messages that nature wants to share with us.

This will be a powerful and profoundly wonderful transformational experience.

What to expect during the workshop:

-Nature Bathing: Begin with a guided sensory immersion in the lush surroundings of Omeru Falls. You will be guided to fully open your senses to the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of the forest. Feel the cool mist from the waterfall, listen to the symphony of birdsong, and breathe in the earthy aroma of the forest floor.

-Sacred Tea Ceremony: A heart-opening tea ceremony featuring a carefully crafted blend of locally foraged and ethically sourced plants. This special infusion may include herbs known for their ability to enhance intuition and creativity, such as rosemary, lemon balm, and kawakawa. Opening your whole being to the wisdom of nature.

-Plant Spirit: You will be guided through a process of connecting with Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Aether, opening energetic portals to deepen your connection with these primordial energies. You'll then be vibrationally guided to a specific plant spirit calling to you. Tune in and deepen your own wisdom as your chosen plant ally offers you inspiration, and guidance. This sacred experience serves as a gateway to ancient knowledge and your own innate creativity, infusing your writing with the combined energies of nature's elements and the plant world.

-Nature Writing: Each participant will be given a series of prompts and invitations to write in collaboration with nature. Allow the voice of the natural world to flow through you.

Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided to:

* Develop a deeper awareness of your place within the web of life

* Tap into the ancient wisdom and creative force of the natural world

* Express your authentic voice through writing

* Connect with the elemental forces of earth, air, fire, and water

* Cultivate a sense of wonder and reverence for the more-than-human world

Together, we'll discover the stories that are yearning to be told through us as we remember our deep, unbreakable connection to Mother Earth.

Natali Brown is a Spiritual Wellbeing Mentor, Certified Transformational Coach, Healer and a five-time international best-selling author. She was born and raised on the vibrant land of South Africa. Having parents and family who are deeply passionate about nature, travel, books, art, music, spirituality and awakening the free spirit, this has always been an intrinsic part of her life.

An oracle and keeper of sacred wisdom, Natali seamlessly merges ancient teachings with modern times. She also uses writing to channel divine wisdom and to access the higher streams of consciousness which deepen our connection to other realms and beings. She loves sharing her many joyful encounters with the natural and unseen world.

She is the creator of the Sentaura® Cosmic Ascension Energy Healing System, the Royal Diamond Creator Key Codes. Sacred Architect of Light Program, Emo-Neuro Touch Therapy and Founder of the Divine Light Academy of Ascension Mystery School.

She always had a curiosity for exploring our human potential and what we are capable of when we return to our true nature. She now inspires people to awaken to the intelligence and mastery held within when we connect with the creativity of source expressed as nature, and when we slow down in a natural setting. Her teachings guide us to fall in love again with all that we are, tune into the elements and natural world, and to rediscover our intimate, personal relationship with nature, and becoming aware that we actually ARE nature.

She guides and nurtures healers, creatives and leaders to shape the Golden Age of Gaia, return to nature and Gaia, and raise the consciousness of humanity, sculpting a future woven with threads of spiritual illumination and connection to mind, body and spirit.

Drawing on all her incredible life experiences from a very young age, her journey has been one of profound sacred unfolding. On her quest in searching for the answers to amplifying our human potential she was initiated to the ancient creator frequency she calls Sentaura which enhanced her abilities to see and feel into the body to unlock people's dormant DNA, recode the body using light language and sacred geometry, and activate their highest energetic blueprint (GoldPrint), soul gifts and abilities.

This sacred journey has illuminated the essence of her feminine intelligence, guiding her to embrace the divine principles of balance and interconnectedness which nature teaches us so beautifully. Natali’s deep connection to the Earth has been nurtured through her extensive travels and visiting sacred portals and places, where she has learned invaluable lessons from the spirit of nature, ancestors, the elements, Creator Source, and the boundless energies of unconditional love.

Over the years she shared her healing mastery and incredible ability to intuitively 'read' the body and help others to activate their own self-healing potential and regenerative capabilities with her private clients and students.

Weaving the Sentaura® Frequency into her work, she redefines energy healing and skilfully integrates potent multi-dimensional healing techniques including bio-rhythm restoration, genetic DNA and source code upgrades, frequency architecture, feminine embodiment practices, somatic techniques to calm the nervous system, sound therapy and light language, shamanic practices, elemental alchemy, Diamond Lightbody and Crystal Light Body Technology™, and advanced crystalline energy work.

Through these teachings, Natali guides others on a transformative journey, helping them align with the natural flow of life and the deep wisdom of our beloved Mother Gaia. She is dedicated to leading others toward a life of balance, connection, and spiritual evolution.
