Think forest bathing, nature tea ceremony, inner reflection, guided writing journeys, journeying with the plant spirits, and connecting with the elements.

In this co-creative process with nature, we let go of the thinking mind and control as nature's voice writes through us.

By deeply surrendering to the natural process of connection and creativity, we can allow the creativity and voice of nature to flow through our pen which allows us to truly become aware of everything that is expansive, vibrant, alive and intelligent within and around us.

Join us at beautiful Omeru Falls as we enter into the heart of Mother Nature. Fine tune your senses to the sounds and energies of nature during a guided meditation before journeying with plant spirit and enjoying a special tea ceremony. Feel yourself sink deeper into the ground and being held by Mother Gaia as we begin our creative writing journey to awaken to all that we are and the messages that nature wants to share with us.

This will be a powerful and profoundly wonderful transformational experience.

What to expect during the workshop:

-Nature Bathing: Begin with a guided sensory immersion in the lush surroundings of Omeru Falls. You will be guided to fully open your senses to the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of the forest. Feel the cool mist from the waterfall, listen to the symphony of birdsong, and breathe in the earthy aroma of the forest floor.

-Sacred Tea Ceremony: A heart-opening tea ceremony featuring a carefully crafted blend of locally foraged and ethically sourced plants. This special infusion may include herbs known for their ability to enhance intuition and creativity, such as rosemary, lemon balm, and kawakawa. Opening your whole being to the wisdom of nature.

-Plant Spirit: You will be guided through a process of connecting with Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Aether, opening energetic portals to deepen your connection with these primordial energies. You'll then be vibrationally guided to a specific plant spirit calling to you. Tune in and deepen your own wisdom as your chosen plant ally offers you inspiration, and guidance. This sacred experience serves as a gateway to ancient knowledge and your own innate creativity, infusing your writing with the combined energies of nature's elements and the plant world.

-Nature Writing: Each participant will be given a series of prompts and invitations to write in collaboration with nature. Allow the voice of the natural world to flow through you.

Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided to:

* Develop a deeper awareness of your place within the web of life

* Tap into the ancient wisdom and creative force of the natural world

* Express your authentic voice through writing

* Connect with the elemental forces of earth, air, fire, and water

* Cultivate a sense of wonder and reverence for the more-than-human world

Together, we'll discover the stories that are yearning to be told through us as we remember our deep, unbreakable connection to Mother Earth.

What to bring:

A picnic blanket or towel

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. We will be dipping our feet into the water.

Sturdy shoes suitable for light hiking

A towel to dry your feet. Togs (optional) if you feel like going under the waterfall.

A water bottle

A plate of nibbles for our shared lunch
