WSB x 445 Run Club With LSKD
Description
WSB x 445 Run Club, with LSKD
Friday 13 November 2026 · Meet at 4:45am · Idle Bakery, New Farm
Why 445!
Brisbane has no shortage of run clubs, so we chose our partner with intention. 445 Run Club started in Auckland in 2021 and has grown into a global community, with Across New Zealand, Australia and Beyond. Every Friday they meet at 4:45am, rain, hail or shine. In Brisbane, that's at Idle Bakery in New Farm.
The early meet-up is the point. Showing up before the day begins is a small promise kept to yourself, and 445 is built around keeping it. Every pace is welcome, whether you walk, jog or run. Everyone heads out together and comes back together, so nobody finishes alone. The morning usually ends over coffee and conversation but for us we’re adding a few little twists along the way!
This resonated completely with exactly what WSB is all about!
What to expect
A sunrise run or walk with the 445 Brisbane crew, at whatever pace suits you
An exclusive LSKD discount for everyone who comes along
Partner giveaways and goodies on the morning
Post-run connection and good conversation
More details are coming soon. Keep an eye on @brisbanewellnesssociety on Instagram.
We'll see you at 4:45.
