Western Sydney Women presents the Future of Women in Western Sydney Summit on 4th September 2025 at the Hudson Hotel, Blacktown.

Now in our 10th year, Western Sydney Women continues to lead the conversation on building a strong economic future for women in the region.

With a focus on the future, we’ll explore how politics, the Aerotropolis, jobs of the future, and youth empowerment are influencing the economic participation of women and girls in Western Sydney. Hear from powerful voices driving change and meet the next generation who are redefining what’s possible.

For the first time, the Western Sydney Women Awards will be part of the Summit, celebrating the achievements of women across business, leadership and community, right alongside the critical conversations shaping our future.

All ticket proceeds go towards running free programs and events for women and youth in Western Sydney.
