Do you live in the Deferred Lands of Oxford Falls, Belrose North or Cromer? If so, then Council is planning changes that will affect what you can do with and on your property.

Join WUFA for a free community information evening. In one evening you will get:

An overview of the draft plans on public exhibition
The proposed zoning changes, in easy to understand language
How properties in the deferred lands may be affected
WUFA's recommendations for fairer, evidence-based planning controls
Time for your questions and discussion

WUFA has represented landowners in the Deferred Lands since 2011. Our advocacy has helped prevent blanket environmental conservation zoning across the Deferred Lands; however, significant planning changes are still proposed. Northern Beaches Council's public exhibition closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 30 August 2026.

Come along to understand the changes. Then have your say.

Attendance is free. Registration takes under a minute.

Getting there: Covenant Christian School, 212 Forest Way, Belrose — enter via Dell Street.
