    Thea O'Connor - Menopause at Work

    Thea O’Connor is health and wellbeing expert who has pioneered ground-breaking approaches to health in a range of settings. Throughout her career, Thea has been at the forefront of changing personal and cultural mindsets for the sake of our wellbeing. Thea broke new ground by bringing awareness about menopause to Australian workplaces five years ago. As Director of Menopause at Work Asia Pacific, she has helped many workplaces across diverse industries become menopause-friendly, and helped hundreds of women navigate their careers, and this life-stage, with confidence. As a qualified health professional (dietitian), science graduate and winner of Adelaide University’s Prize in Genetics, you can rest assured all her work is evidence-based. Thea is also a TEDx speaker on menopause at work and gave evidence at the recent Federal Senate Inquiry into menopause.

    Cameron Daddo

    Multi-talented Cameron Daddo has been a part of the Australian entertainment scene since the late '80s. He rose to prominence as the youngest prime-time game show host in Aussie TV history for Perfect Match and continues to work in various mediums as an award-winning actor, broadcaster and singer-songwriter. In recent years, Daddo has dedicated much of his work to help shed light on men's mental health through his non-profit organisation My Men's Team.
