HMW Collective Kickoff: A Gathering for Basadur-Trained Practitioners in Carmel IN

Join us June 16th in Carmel, Indiana, for the first HMW Collective kickoff event — an intentionally small gathering for Basadur-trained practitioners, facilitators, consultants, and change leaders who share a common language, a common mindset, and a commitment to helping others ask better questions, discover better opportunities, and tackle larger issues.

This won’t be a brainstorming session.

It is the beginning of a professional community built around the Basadur methodology, the Simplexity process, the Basadur Profile, and the “How might we…” mindset as a way of working and leading.

Why We’re Gathering

The HMW Collective is being built for people who have invested in the Basadur methodology and want to stay connected to the work, the community, and what comes next.

This gathering will give us the chance to:

·         Reconnect with other Basadur-trained people

·         Learn what others are doing with the methodology now

·         Share ideas, questions, and opportunities

·         Explore ways to support one another’s work

·         Introduce the early vision for the HMW Collective

·         Invite your feedback on how this professional association can become most valuable

The goal is to create a useful, energizing conversation among people who are serious about the craft of creative problem solving and its real-world application. HMWCollective.com has been launched and the development of it is as the central community hub is underway.

We will share our early plans for the Collective and invite your input as we begin shaping what this community can become.
