Based on the DreamWorks film and the incredible true story, Catch Me If You Can is the high-flying musical comedy about chasing your dreams and not getting caught.

Nominated for four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this dazzling production was created by a Tony Award-winning dream team with book by Terrence McNally (The Full Monty, Ragtime) and an electrifying score by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, the writing team behind Hairspray and Disney's Mary Poppins Returns.

Catch Me If You Can follows the story of Frank Abagnale Jr. - a young con artist who successfully posed as a pilot, a doctor, and a lawyer before he was old enough to legally rent a car. His pursuer, FBI agent Carl Hanratty, is drawn into a pursuit that becomes an unlikely and genuinely human connection between the two men.

The show features a full onstage band with big-band orchestrations, show stopping choreography and an incredible South Australian cast. It is both a high-stakes chase and a coming-of-age story, staged in the style of a spectacular 1960s TV variety show.

This production also marks a milestone for South Australian theatre: it is the inaugural show from Full Circle Theatre Company, the state's first independent professional music theatre company. Every ticket sold supports the development of a sustainable music theatre industry in the state.
