Refund policy

At Valley View Flower Farm, the safety and enjoyment of our guests are our top priorities. As our “You Pick” experiences are outdoor events, activities may occasionally be affected by weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather (including heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or extreme heat), the event may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of Valley View Flower Farm. If an event is postponed or cancelled due to weather: Guests will be notified via email or text as soon as possible. Bookings will be transferred to a rescheduled date where possible. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund or credit will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather concerns: If the event is still proceeding, standard cancellation terms apply (no refund unless your place can be rebooked). Please note: Light rain does not necessarily result in cancellation — please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions. Valley View Flower Farm reserves the right to make final decisions regarding safety and weather-related cancellations.
