WxNW Regional Tourism Forum 2024
Event description
Our annual Regional Tourism Forum is an opportunity to come together to hear all about the major projects happening in our region, explore industry insights, discuss how our region can have a Positive Impact on our community and a panel discussion focusing on workforce issues. Â
Celebrating the success of the Tasmania JackJumpers historic NBL Championship, we are thrilled to announce Christine Finnegan, the CEO of the Tasmania JackJumpers, as the keynote speaker at this year's Forum! Christine's keynote will shine a spotlight on "the importance of culture," aiming to strengthen the tourism industry with fresh perspectives on people, culture, and workforce. We will also hear from Tourism Tasmania, Tourism Industry Council Tasmania, Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Services, and more, highlighting the latest projects and developments within the region.
