Description

When was the last time you stopped?

Not Scrolling. Not working. Not looking after everyone else. Not thinking about what needs to happen tomorrow.

Just stopped... and breathed.

Wylde Breath invites you into a guided Breakthrough Breathwork Journey - A space to step away from the noise, reconnect with your body and explore what can happen when you give yourself permission to simply breathe and feel.

You don't need any previous breathwork experience. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual or "good" at meditation.

You Just need to arrive as you are.

Your Breath. Your Body. Your Journey.

Breathe Better. Feel Fully. Live Wylde

What to Expect

Your Wylde Breath journey begins with time to arrive, settle into the space and connect with your breath.

Before we begin, Zee will guide you through what breathwork is, how the breath interacts with the nervous system, what you may experience during the journey, and how to modify your breathing at any time.

You'll then get comfortable on your mat and be guided through a Breakthrough Breathwork journey, using a conscious connected breathing pattern alongside music and verbal guidance.

During the journey you may experience physical sensations, changes in temperature, tingling, emotion, resistance, moments of stillness or deep relaxation. Every person's experience is different — and there is no particular experience you're expected to have.

The journey finishes with slower breathing, rest and integration before we gently return to the room.

You remain in control throughout the entire experience. You can slow your breathing, return to your natural breath, change position or stop the practice at any time.

What to Bring

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

  • Blanket — your body temperature can change during breathwork

  • Water Bottle

  • Pillow/Cushion or Bolster if you'd like extra support

  • Comfortable loose clothing

  • Journal and Pen

  • Anything that may make your journey more comfortable

Try to avoid a large or heavy meal immediately before the session.

Most importantly, bring an open mind. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform — just arrive as you are.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hey, I’m Zee 👋

And if you’re expecting your breathwork facilitator to be someone who meditates for two hours every morning, drinks green juice and has life completely figured out… I might disappoint you 😂

I’m a pretty normal human.

I work in a high school. I’m a qualified bricklayer. I DJ psytrance. I probably swear too much. I’ve lived through some really hard chapters, made plenty of mistakes, started over more than once, and I’m still learning about myself every day.

Somewhere amongst all of that, I found breathwork.

And what started as something I was exploring for myself became something I genuinely fell in love with.

In April 2026, I headed into the Snowy Mountains and completed my Breathwork Facilitator training with Breathless Expeditions — and Wylde Breath grew from there.

I’m fascinated by the connection between our breath, our bodies, our nervous systems and the way we experience life. But more than anything, I care about people.

I know what it feels like to carry things quietly. To be the strong one. To keep moving because life doesn't exactly stop and wait for you to catch up. And I know how vulnerable it can feel to finally slow down and allow yourself to actually feel.

That's why creating a safe, supportive and completely judgement-free space means so much to me.

You don't have to walk into my space and pretend you're okay.

You also don't have to walk in with something that needs fixing.

You don't have to be spiritual.

You don't have to meditate.

You don't need to know anything about breathwork.

And you definitely don't need to have your shit together.

You just have to be human.

I'm not there to tell you what you should feel, force an experience or try to “fix” you.

I'm there to meet you exactly where you are, guide you through the breath, sit beside you through whatever comes up, celebrate the beautiful moments, hold space for the messy ones — and remind you that at any moment, you can come back to something that's been with you your entire life: Your Breath

So whether you're nervous, curious, sceptical, excited, emotional — or you've got absolutely no idea what you've signed yourself up for 😂 — there's a place for you here.

FAQs

  • Do I need previous bretahwork experience?

Not at all. The session is suitable for beginners. Everything will be explained before we begin and you'll be guided throughout the journey.

  • What is Breakthrough Breathwork?

This session uses a conscious connected breathing practice, where the breath is intentionally guided in a continuous rhythm for periods of the journey. It can be a more active and intense breathing practice than everyday breathing, followed by periods of slower breathing, rest and integration.

  • Is Breakthrough Breathwork suitable for everyone?

Not necessarily. Because this practice can involve sustained faster and deeper breathing, everyone attending is required to complete a health screening and consent form before participating. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent medical procedures may mean the practice needs to be modified, postponed or require medical clearance. If you're unsure, please contact Wylde Breath before booking.

  • What if I become uncomfortable during the journey?

You're always in control. You can slow down, return to your natural breathing, change position or stop at any point. Zee will explain these options before the journey begins.

  • Will there be physical touch during the journey?

Touch is never required. You'll be able to indicate whether you consent to supportive touch before the session, and you can withdraw that consent at any time during the journey.

  • What happens after I book?

You'll receive information about preparing for your session along with a health screening and consent form. Please complete the form before attending so Zee can review it and contact you if anything needs to be discussed beforehand.
