Adults and young people 15 years and older are invited to enjoy a fun cardio tennis session at Alcock Rd Reserve tennis courts in Truganina.

Learn some fun tennis skills and get a great workout in a social and friendly environment.

Please bring:

A raquet (if you have one - they can be supplied)
a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
sun protection/ rain coat as required.

All equipment is provided.

Wyndham Active Holidays is a partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with The Henson Institute of Tennis (The H.I.T).

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
