Sports Strength Training is a group-based program designed to enhance overall strength, power, and athletic performance. It focuses on building the foundational muscles and skills necessary for success in various sports, helping young athletes increase their speed, agility, and endurance.

The session includes a mix of weightlifting, resistance exercises, plyometrics, and functional movements. There are two sessions to choose from:

10 to 10:45am
1 to 1:45pm

If the kids love the session you can chat with the team about the classes that are on offer.

Wyndham Active Holidays is being run in partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with Fitrme Gym and Personal Training Studio.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
