The Wyndham Emerging Professionals Network aims to build a thriving community of emerging professionals across Wyndham. It achieves this by creating inclusive opportunities for local community members to connect, learn, and further develop the knowledge and skills required to reach their full potential in their professional and personal life.

The WEPN recognises ‘Emerging Professionals’ as an inclusive term to describe the diverse journeys, experiences, and circumstances of individuals navigating their careers. Emerging professionals refers to anyone who is navigating the early stages of their career journey in Wyndham, who is interested in connecting with others and gaining new skills.​

This includes but is not limited to people who are:​

• Entering the local workforce for the first time​
• Seeking work or changing careers​
• Looking to build their skills​
• Wanting to build their local networks
