Each session includes a guided combination of gentle breathwork, mindfulness, a full-body relaxation (similar to Yoga Nidra), and mantra meditation. You'll begin by lying down in a tranquil space with soft lighting, allowing your body to fully relax and your mind to settle. Through conscious breathing and mindfulness, we help calm the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. The relaxation practice is deeply restorative, often likened to several hours of sleep in just a short time.

At the heart of our sessions is mantra meditation — a timeless and powerful practice using sacred sound vibration. "Mantra" means transcendental sound; it originates in the spiritual realm and carries with it profound clarity and spiritual potency. Through the repetition or singing of these mantras, the mind and heart are gradually freed from stress, worry, anger, and fear. This process awakens an inner peace and happiness that is always within us but often obscured by the noise of daily life.

This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Everything is guided, and you don’t need any experience to join — just a willingness to rest, breathe, and explore the peace within. Whether you're seeking stress relief, deeper self-awareness, or spiritual nourishment, this circle offers a gentle yet powerful way to care for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
