Wild Flow Wellbeing is a grass roots yoga and mindfulness small business located in Brisbane, run by Dani (Danielle Simpson) a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, mum and nature lover who is passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and nature with kids and families.
Dani hosts a range of intimate sessions outdoors for kids and adults, designed to encourage participants to slow down and experience a deeper connection and appreciation for nature and the opportunity to be present with their bodies, emotions and breath with tools and practices to help them feel more calm, confident and connected to themselves and the world around them
