Take a step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle with our FREE 3x3 program.

3x3 is a free, non-competitive walking event for the whole community. Set out over a 3km route, the course is completed once a week for 3 weeks. This weekly walking group focuses on movement, wellbeing and social connection.

Each week we’ll meet at Harry Sawkins Park at 9.00am (meeting point opposite Peckish on the Park) . From there, we’ll enjoy a 3-4km walk, first heading towards the Nowra Bridge, then along the Shoalhaven River. We'll return the same way.

Enjoy the chance to meet new people and chat with our friendly health promotion officers and volunteers. Light refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the walk.

The event takes place on 3 consecutive Tuesday mornings:

Tuesday 2 December 9:00am - 11:00 am
Tuesday 9 December 9:00am -11:00 am

Things to Remember:

Please bring a water bottle and hat
Please ensure that you are fit enough to walk 3km with us.
Parking is available on the streets around Harry Sawkins Park
