Since 2018, initially under the name All Girl Electronic , and more recently New Age Noise Collective, ACE has offered training in electronic music production. Responding to the male bias of the industry, ACE especially fosters participation by LGBT+ and female identifying musicians in Western Sydney. Sonic Souls Syndicate is the current iteration of this program.

This initiative is proudly supported by the NSW Government through the Culture Up Late Western Sydney Program.
