XCON 2026 isn't just an event.
It’s where top agents step into the next level of their business.
Where ideas are challenged, standards are raised and the future of business is shaped.
As URBAN X continues to grow, so does XCON.
What started as a powerful partner event has evolved into a premium, high-impact experience. Bringing together Australia’s most driven agents for a day designed to push boundaries, unlock performance, and create real momentum.
This year, we’re going bigger, bolder, and more intentional than ever before.

New Chapter for XCON
As XCON continues to evolve and feedback received, we are introducing ticketing for 2026. This allows us to elevate every element of the experience, from securing world-class speakers to delivering a premium event that reflects the calibre of our network.
This isn’t just a ticket. It’s an investment in your growth, your business, and your future.
Last year, XCON sold out. Secure your seats early to avoid missing out.
