We welcome all our beautiful ladies to enjoy a Christmas celebration meal together at The Cubana Resort, Hemmingways Bar & Grill at Nambucca Heads.

With a new dinner and cocktail menu, the Hemmingways team is excited to showcase the best seasonal & local produce from The Valley.

We look forward to seeing you at 5:45 pm for complimentary Champagne on arrival for 6:30 pm dinner and drinks at your own cost.

Hemmingways Christmas Menu will be an alternative plate drop, with a choice of 2 Courses for $45/person or 3 Courses for $60/person, guests will be able to pay on arrival.

Entree:
Master stock braised Pork Belly, soba noodles, sesame, crispy shallots, sour chili
or
Tempura King Prawns, shoot salad, pickled ginger dressing, avocado.

Main:
Beetroot Cured Salmon, fennel, walnut, orange, dill creme fraiche

or
Pumpkin and Dill Pappardelle, champagne cream, pine nuts.

Dessert:
Churros, chocolate ganache, vanilla bean ice cream, strawberry

Pavlova, kaffir lime curd, chantilly cream fresh berries
