🎄 Join us on Christmas Eve morning for a unique and invigorating experience that combines the rejuvenating power of ice baths with the transformative practice of light breathwork. This special event is open to all, and we invite you to join us in creating a supportive community of connection and growth. 🎁

In this donation-based community gathering, we will come together to experience the profound benefits of ice bath immersion. Brave the cold waters and discover the incredible sensations as your body adapts, promoting enhanced mental clarity, increased energy, and boosted immunity.

As part of this unique session, we will also explore light breathwork techniques – a gentle and accessible practice that combines intentional breathing and mindfulness. This will further deepen your journey, allowing for release, relaxation, and spiritual connection as you embrace the winter solstice energy.

This event will be led by experienced facilitators Kim & Jedd,  who will guide you through the entire process with care and support. We welcome all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Please note that ice baths are optional, and if you choose not to participate, you can still witness the empowerment of others and engage in lighter breathwork exercises. Remember to bring a towel, warm clothing (optional for after), and an open mind!

To secure your spot, we kindly request a donation of your choice (on the day). All proceeds will go towards covering event expenses and supporting future community wellness initiatives.
