2020 is the year advisers have well and truly earned their stripes. And when the world hit the pause button on social connection this year, we all moved across to Zoom meetings and virtual events. They got the job done, but no amount of digital interaction can ever replace a face to face catch up over a drink.

The Xmas Party Tour is a hallmark end of year event for the advice community, and with almost zero end of year events going ahead this year, we wanted to give advisers everywhere a chance to actually get together and finish this year on a positive note, because that's how we do things at XY.

Forget a virtual event (cue the *sighs* of relief)...

Get ready for the Xmas Party Tour 2020 - Deconstructed.

Instead of one big event at six locations, we’re deconstructing the Xmas Party Tour and hosting lots of smaller parties of 10-20 people in secret CBD venues around Australia and the World.

What You Can Expect

Every party will be fully catered, you'll have your own bar tab and we'll be presenting the Brains Trust Awards across ALL party venues on the night 😏.

When you buy your tix, you'll get access to the private Xmas Party group on XY to find clues as to who will be at your party and which venue you'll be heading to.

*If an event location does not hit a minimum group booking of 5 guests, any tickets purchased for that location will be refunded.

How much are tickets?

$58.19 (incl. GST and taxes) for an adviser

$172.59 (incl. GST and taxes) for a provider, which includes 1x free ticket for an adviser

What if my location isn't listed as an option?

If you would like to organise a Xmas Party event in your location for at least five people, reach out to Emily and we will do our best to make it happen - emily@xyadviser.com. It's worth noting, if we can't wrangle at leave five people, anyone who purchased a ticket will receive a full refund.

Can I buy my ticket on the day of the event?

No. Ticket sales will end on Monday 30th November. Usually purchasing a last-minute ticket is fine for our events, but given the nature of this tour with simultaneous group bookings around the world, we need a couple days to finalise numbers and bookings. If you forget to buy your ticket by the 30th Nov, we won't be able to accommodate you for the Xmas Party (sorry!).

What are the COVID restrictions?

We are closely monitoring COVID restrictions around Australia. Currently, in all state and territories, group bookings of 10 to 20 people are acceptable in venues which can accommodate in accordance with social distancing criteria, and provided all attendees are seated.

While some venues are accepting large corporate bookings of 50+ attendees, we are taking all precautionary measures to accommodate for any unexpected changes and ensure we are doing everything to maintain the safety of all attendees.

You are welcome to bring a face mask and hand sanitiser with to you the event. All venues will be operating in accordance with social distancing rules and should have sanitiser on hand. You will likely have to check-in when you arrive at the venue as well.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of the event, we recommend staying at home. And if this occurs, let us know and we will refund your ticket.
