Xpedition - Ice Skating

Welcome to the second Xpedition of 2024! We are heading to the IceArenA for some winter Ice Skating!
YouX Members will enjoy a session of Ice Skating, Skate Hire and lunch provided by YouX.

Event details:

Thursday 15 August 

Two sessions are available to suit your availability! One session per person.

• 11am OR 1pm 
• Each session will go for 2hrs

Your ticket includes:

• 2hrs of Ice Skating 
• Skate Hire
• Free food and drinks at each session
• Tickets are valued at over $50 RRP!

BUS ROUTE
23 James Congdon Dr, Thebarton SA 5031
IceArenA, is a short bus ride, or drive from the University of Adelaide. The best bus route is via Bus 288

• Board Bus 288 at Stop T1 North Terrace - South Side
  
• Depart Bus 288 at Stop 1 Port Rd - South Terrace 

The venue is a short 5 minute walk from this bus stop. 

TRAM ROUTE 

Board the free tram at the Botanic Gardens. Depart at the Entertainment Centre. 

The venue is a short 5 minute walk from the tram stop. 

Other information:

• You are responsible for transport to and from your session. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in with event staff.
• This event is open to current YouX Members ONLY. Please list your member number when registering as you will be required to show your membership card (physical or digital) upon arrival.
• You will be provided with lunch on the day. please select your lunch choice when checking out, and advise any dietary requirements.

Safety:

• Please wear long sleeve, warm clothes to protect you from the ice and cold. You will not be allowed to skate in shorts, or a skirt. 
• Wear closed toe shoes, with long thick socks. 
• Please engage in this activity at your own risk.

Refunds are available up to 24hrs before the event.

Registrations close at 5pm Thursday 8 August. Please only register for one session.
