Event description

Our new ticketing system Humanitix requires payment at time of registration - if you would prefer to pay by instalments or via invoice - please contact us at xtend@baptist.org.nz - we'd be happy to arrange this for you. 

As always, we never want finance to get in the way of young people getting to Xtend.  In fact we have specific funds set aside for those who may need some extra support.  In the first instance please contact your Youth Leader to talk about sponsorship and then if needed please get in touch with our team at xtend@baptist.org.nz.  

Early Bird pricing closes on Sunday 16th June.  

Registrations will close on Sunday 30th June.

Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix donates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity

Refund policy

If I withdraw from Xtend for non-medical reasons and notify Xtend administration before June 30th by email to xtend@baptist.org.nz I am eligible for a refund of all but the $30 non-refundable portion of my fees. Refunds after this are given at the sole discretion of Xtend. If Xtend is cancelled for any unforeseen reason, refunds will be available after the deduction of any unavoidable costs.
