How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Our new ticketing system Humanitix requires payment at time of registration - if you would prefer to pay by instalments or via invoice - please contact us at xtend@baptist.org.nz - we'd be happy to arrange this for you. 

As always, we never want finance to get in the way of young people getting to Xtend.  In fact we have specific funds set aside for those who may need some extra support.  In the first instance please contact your Youth Leader to talk about sponsorship and then if needed please get in touch with our team at xtend@baptist.org.nz.  

Early Bird pricing closes on Sunday 16th June.  

Registrations will close on Sunday 30th June.
