YANA- A Journey Through Sound- OFFICIAL DEBUT

Recorded by Jason Hotton with special guests (including Todd Chaplin, Kate Seccombe, Lucine Sounds, Steven Hall, Matt Pike, Olivia Teresa, Ben Downing, Leah Pomeroy) over the winter of 2024 at the Armoury Studio in Wellington, with several months spent in the studio refining the layers and frequencies, Yana- A Journey Through Sound is now making its debut for all to experience. 

An intentional weaving of a multitude of instruments, beats and frequencies that will take you to places deep within yourself: an opportunity to explore, feel and release what no longer serves you. As we move into higher frequencies of consciousness as a collective, we are being called to clear the old- old programs, conditioning and paradigms. This journey is a gateway to all that is; it will take you back to ancient times of tribal community and accelerate you forward into the galactic realms of oneness. On the way, the music and frequencies will act as your guide through the deep valleys into the peaks of Euphoria. 

The heartbeat of the journey is a very special 30 year old handmade Buffalo drum from Utah,USA. She’s the beat we move and breathe to, the guide and the gateway, the beat of Mother Earth. Allow her depth and resonance to take you to places you’ve forgotten and re-introduce to you the primal heartbeat of humanity, of your humanity. 

Featuring Tibetan sound bowls, a multitude of drums including the Buffalo Drum, percussion, flute, crystal bowls, guitar and humming- you’ll experience a sound journey unlike anything you’ve heard before. Recorded within a Merlin’s chamber (Tetrahedron using Triple Cone Orgonite Technology), you’ll experience the amplification and coherence of the sound and frequencies on another level.

With the space intentionally set up for an all encompassing experience, we will start with cacao and a collective meditation - amplified by Triple Cone Orgonite Technology and a handmade 3 metre x 3 metre Merkabar. We will move into a shared potluck meal, and finally sink into the sound journey. 

We invite you to join us for an evening that will etch itself into your soul experience. A deeply nourishing event for your body, mind and soul.

One lucky person will be drawn to experience the sound journey from inside the Merkabar- winner to be drawn on the day at the event.
