Hello everyone,

I’m Cristian and I’d love to invite you to our Beginner’s yoga class.

A class for everyone who would like to explore Yoga and its benefits

I’ll run ongoing classes where you will get to experience what yoga really is and feel the benefits that brings to your mind and body

We will try a bit of meditation, breathwork and of course the physical practice with movements and postures.

You don’t need to be flexible to come and practice yoga with us, you don’t need any special outfits or have any particular body type. You just need to show up, bring a mat, a pillow and a small blanket.
