Event description

Women are invited to join us for a 4-week workshop series exploring the therapeutic value of craft making. Using colourful yarn and simple, calming techniques, these sessions provide a gentle way to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and encourage creative self-expression.

In a fun & supportive group environment, you’ll enjoy the benefits of connection, relaxation, and will leave each week with a unique craft piece to take home.

Dates: Tuesdays 4, 11, 18, 25 November
