Join Ando from Yarning in Circles & Held With Love as he teams up with Ad from Barefoot & Breathe to bring you this incredible Life Changing event exclusive to Men.

Ando & Ad are both Certified Breathwork facilitators who embody and share a passion for this amazing life changing modality.

On this night you will be guided through your Breathwork journey by Ad, while Ando accompanies this journey with a curated playlist & a weaving of live sound elements.

At the end of the Breathwork Ando will then take you on a journey of a different kind, bringing you back into your body with a soundscape created by looping instruments from around the world, such as the Handpan, Didgeridoo and the Native American Flute.
