Manjaree is a Noongar word for meeting place.
Yarning Manjaree is a program of First Nations storytelling, language and performance, presented over five consecutive nights in a site-specific venue in Victoria Quay's Workshop Lane.
This evening's program features children's authors Cheryl Kickett-Tucker and Isobel Bevis.
Things to note:
- These are free events for people of all ages.
- Doors open from 6.00pm, program 6.30-7.30pm
- The event will be supported by Gage Roads Freo so arrive in time to enjoy their offerings.
- This is an outdoor venue. Make sure to dress snugly.
