Yarning Strong NIMAs Edition

Join us for Yarning Strong NIMAs Edition, a panel discussion exploring music, wellbeing and cultural resonance among First Nations artists from Northern Australia.

Facilitated by Ursula Yovich, the panel features Marlon, Zipporah Anu and Edwin Fejo, who will share their musical journeys and discuss how they prioritise their mental health and wellbeing while navigating careers in the music industry as First Nations artists.

The conversation will be centered around the theme Sounds from the North: Music, Culture & Wellbeing and will explore the importance of culture, well-being and community, offering audiences an opportunity to hear honest reflections, lived experiences and insights from some of Australia's leading First Nations artists.

Following the panel discussion, Marlon will perform a 15-minute acoustic set.
