Join us to discover the Snowy Mountains and explore some of the most beautiful caves in Australia created from a belt of limestone laid down about 440 million years ago. You'll be delighted by the magnificence of the caves, the beauty of the scenery and the local wildlife, and you can even end this experience with a relaxing thermal bath. 

About the Trip:

Our meeting points and pick-up times for this trip will be:
5:45 am: Belconnen Community Centre
5:50 am: Humpy Hall, 17 Frewin Pl, Scullin1
6:00 am: The Henry, 94 Fullagar Cres, Higgins
6:30 am: LDK Greenway Views

Let the fun begin! We will start our journey to Northern Kosciuszko National Park. Enjoy the ride while admiring the incredible views of the Snowy Monaro region on our panoramic coach.

We will make a comfort stop at Adaminaby, a historic town set among the rolling high plains of the Snowy Mountains. Here you can enjoy morning tea at your own expense.

We will arrive at Yarrangobilly Caves around 10:45 am to start the guided tour. Groups will be split into 15 with a rotation of the Cave Tours. (Tours and caves may change depending on group size and number of guides on the day)
Jillabenan Cave is around 2 million years old. This intimate cave features impressive displays of delicate straws and shawls, cave coral, stalactites and helictites.
South Glory Cave will take your breath away with the immense size of its limestone chambers, decorations, rock piles, and impressive opening to the sky. (This cave tour is a round trip and you only have to climb the stairs once. it has a significant amount of steps, however, it is not difficult to walk or climb).
Each cave tour will take 1 hour.

After this jaw-dropping experience, the group will reunite to enjoy a BBQ lunch.

Those who would like to have a swim in the Thermal Pool or just have a visit to view the pool can have the option of an 11-seater mini coach to transfer you up and down to visit this attraction. Otherwise please note that the walk to the thermal pool is a steep decline and a steep uphill return on a gravel track (Swim and viewing of the pool are Optional). You can also choose to have free time to explore self-guided short walk tracks and the Visitor/Souvenir & Gift Centre.

At 3:00 pm we will depart for Cooma, here we will do a comfort stop to enjoy a quick snack at Mcdonald's Cooma at your own expense.

At 5:00 pm, we will make our way back home. Unwind and rest on our comfortable coach after an unforgettable experience! The approximate time of arrival in Canberra will be:
6:30 pm: LDK Greenway Views
7:00 pm: The Henry, Higgins
7:10 pm: Humpy Hall, Scullin
7:15 pm: Belconnen Community Centre

The Meals provided on our tours and excursions will be without a doubt one of the highlights of your trip! We strive to deliver high-quality nutritious meals and snacks to make your trip even more enjoyable. We can also cater for your dietary requirements with a selection of nut free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.

For this trip, we have organised a delicious BBQ to enjoy a fun lunchtime with the group.

What makes our coach different are the extra-wide windows that allow every single passenger to enjoy a panoramic view. You can immerse yourself in the stunning Australian landscapes while you arrive at your destination. 

Our brand new 45-seater coach also has accessibility features such as low floor kneeling and wheelchair ramps. It can fit up to four wheelchairs at a time, and all chairs have seatbelts and armrests, making every trip accessible and comfortable for all our passengers.
