Wine 101 with The Snake and The Herring.
Ever wondered about the process behind your favourite red wine blends? Up your wine knowledge with a fun and interactive red wine blending session with Tony “The Snake” Davis and Redmond “The Herring” Sweeny. You’ll have the opportunity to taste unfinished wines and learn what’s involved when taking fermented juice to finished wines. Your afternoon is made complete with a shared long table feast prepared by the team from Yarri following the blending session.
