Yasu's High Performance Swimming Squad Program Details

Prerequisites:

Ability to swim 1 km or more continuously in the ocean or pool.
Ability to communicate compassionately with other squad members.
Commitment to improving swimming performance, freestyle form, and endurance in upcoming open water and triathlon races.
Interest in the latest swimming training programs and knowledge from around the world.

Number of Participants:

Max: 10 people

Number of Lanes Used:

2 full lanes (Lanes 3 and 4) in a 50m indoor heated pool

Every Saturday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Sydney University Sport & Aquatic Centre

Single Session : Price: $80 per lesson

Additional Costs

Participants must pay a $7.50 entrance fee each time they visit the Sydney University Sport & Aquatic Centre.

Additional Information

Please bring fins and a snorkel for practice. Also, remember to bring drinks to stay hydrated.
Surprise: Coach Yasu's Olympic swimmer and National Swimmer friends will be guest swimmers for our squad lesson.
We will send a feedback report of your Main HR SET time and HR data to your email within 3 days after each swim squad training session.
Additionally, if requested beforehand, we can provide you with one point feedback after each swim squad training session.

Lanes 3 and 4 at the Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre swimming pool will be reserved exclusively for Yasu's High Performance Squad clients.
