Start daylight savings strong with movement, sunshine, and supporting a good cause!

To support our FAT coach Meg with her upcoming short film project, 'Yeah the Girls (YTG),’ join us for a fun and energetic 45-minute outdoor HIIT workout at Silo Park on Sunday, 28th September, followed by coffee and a hangout.

Meg wrote this film, is producing the film and then also acting in it! 100% of ticket sales are going towards funding this film to help pay the cast & crew.

Meg will be running the class, so if you have any questions for her in regards to the film project, come along!
