Year 10, 11 & 12 Summer Workshops 2025

Interested in studying Architecture or Landscape Architecture?

UWA School of Design invites students who completed Year 10, 11 or 12 in 2024 to attend our Summer Architecture and Landscape Architecture Workshops.

Architecture and Landscape Architecture are the conceptualisation, design and management of our natural and built forms and landscapes in response to social, environmental, economic and technological contexts, needs and objectives that benefit communities and the future health of the planet.

This three-day workshop will give secondary school students an insight into the study of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, and an introduction to our teachers and practitioners who can provide advice about courses and careers in the built environment. The workshop will introduce participants to typical student projects, methods and skills. Most helpfully, participants will meet and interact with current students and staff in the Architecture and Landscape Architecture programs at UWA and have access to the spaces and equipment on campus.

Dates: 21st - 23rd January 2025, 9.30am - 1.00pm

Location: UWA School of Design

The workshops are free, and all materials will be supplied by the School.

*Mature age students or anyone interested in studying architecture or landscape architecture are welcome to join too!
