Holiday Intensive course for Advanced Mathematics students consisting of 2 x 2 hour sessions on

Monday 11th July and Tuesday 12th July from 2pm - 4pm on both days.

A great opportunity to consolidate knowledge and be prepared for the HSC Trials.

Topics will be Areas under and between curves as well as a full course in Integration Techniques.

ABOUT KAREN JERONCIC:

In 2018, Karen joined the Mathematics Department at Reddam House.

Apart from being known for her use of terrible puns, Karen is regarded as knowledgeable, calm, caring and approachable by her students.

In 2021, she taught Year 10 Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics, Extension 1 and Extension 2 Mathematics.

Now on maternity leave, Karen looks forward to balancing family life with the sharing of her knowledge via tutoring.

She has tutored Mathematics since 2005 and has always been passionate about Mathematics education and accelerated study in Mathematics.

Karen graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Physics, and a Graduate Diploma of Education, with Science and Mathematics teaching double methods.

She was awarded the MANSW Teacher Education Student Prize in 2012 for her outstanding performance in her Mathematics Teaching Method studies and practicum.
