VOLUNTEERS! Year 6 Election BBQ Fundraising - 2023

Hello 2023 Year 6 families!
We look forward to a fun final year together at Manly West. We will kick of Year 6 Fundraising with the Election Day BBQ on the 25th March 2023. Fundraising for Year 6 is to help support the graduation activities.
Preparations for a fun day have commenced, but we need your help:
BAKERS
We would love the bakers to make cakes, muffins, slice, whatever you desire, and slice for service on the Saturday. We have a supply of finger buns from Bakers that we will make available for pre-sale - at $3. Home made cakes we hope to sell per slice for $2. They are best delivered to the school canteen on the Friday afternoon from 3-4pm. This might be the best option if you are unable to make it on the day. The Year 6 kids can manage the cake stall all day - let's keep them busy with lots to sell!
BBQ MAKERS
Thankfully the committee have done most of the heavy lifting, so it's only tongs you need lift on the day! We have created a "full day" volunteer option, plus a range of 2 hour options for volunteers. We will at a minimum require 10 adults per session.
