Year 7 - 9 Parent Evening - Raising Adolescents: embracing the journey

Dear Parent / Carers,

The School Psychologists are delighted to invite Year 7 - 9 Parents and Carers to an information session discussing the joys and challenges of parenting an adolescent. In this session, we will focus on:

• Cultivating moments of connection and family harmony
• The key developmental tasks of adolescent girls
• Key parenting approaches
• A five step process for managing challenging behaviours
• Enhancing your daughters' resilience.

Light refreshments, tea and coffee will be provided. Please rsvp by 12.00pm Monday 27 March and we look forward to welcoming you on site, and hope this evening provides the psychological nutrition for an improved and balanced family experience.
